Key Components:

  • The BBB meditation program teaches kids how to meditate, as well as covering a variety of topics to boost health and joy.

  • Children learn to meditate with a mantra and engage in: guided meditations & visualizations, stories and mini health lessons, that focus on the four pillars: Breathe, Move, Eat, and Rest.
